Watanuki asked:
I was wondering if you can verify your paypal account without a bank account or a credit/debit card. I heard that you can go get a prepaid VISA card and verify it with that, but I am not sure.

Cynthia Lemon asked:
If you delete a paypal account can you use the bank account from the deleted account? I’m scared of linking my bank account to my palpal account because they keep track of my bank account. But adding my debit card they won’t let me send over $0 to anyone being unverified. To verify you have to add your bank account.

las C asked:
I need a bank account in another country. I am not interested to avoid taxes or use it for anything illegal. Just a simple bank account. But it seems impossible to open an account not being present in that country. And many banks require minimum deposits. Any advice?
It should be a reliable/known bank.

Yuina asked: I’m not sure what bank to go to, some say Washington Mutual, but others say Bank of America. What do you recommend? Also, I don’t make that much money, but I’m in an argument between a checking and a savings account.

ligersaphira asked: I heard there are two ways to confirm my bank account on paypal to get verified. The first one is to put small digits of deposit into my bank. The second one insert my online bank login information which takes about 2 to 3 min. Do I insert my online bank login information like ID and password into my paypal account? How do I do that?

Ollie asked: I have been with Natwest ever since I was 11, so that’s now 6 years. I am planning to change to Halifax when I am 18 though because they offer the best student account.
I have been told that changing banks affects your credit score, which is why they ask you when you are applying for a loan, mortgage etc for how long you’ve been with your current bank for.
Is there any truth behind this? Or should I just change?

hbomb asked: Hi, I’m a British Citizen who currently lives in Korea. I’d like to open a British bank account, but not sure if I can without going into a branch in person and signing forms, etc. Is it possible to do this while living overseas and if so, what bank would you reccomend. I’d like to get a Visa card with the account and more importantly, the ability to withdraw money from other countries. I travel a lot.
Thanks for any help.

airmkt asked: The joint bank account is with a Hong Kong bank and two signatures are required for withdrawals. Since my joint account partner has vanished for a long time, the funds have been frozen for years now. Anyone please advise of any procedure Hong Kong banks would allow the locatable account holder to access his/her share of the funds.
