Does anyone know of a bank that will allow a bank-by-mail account for a prison inmate? The prison will allow it but banks don’t seem too thrilled. Thanks! Can people in jail have saving accounts?

Can you sue a bank for harassment and freezing your bank account? I have been banking with this bank for 20 years now. And I owe them nothing. I am in some legal trouble with another bank that has nothing to do with them. Does anyone have any advice? I don’t see how they can freeze my account when I owe them nothing.

I recently had a judgment from an old credit card bill, and I just heard of garnishing a bank account, so I was wondering since it is a joint account can they garnish it?
Someone has formed a username and password to watch bank transactions for a few years now, can the banks track each time the account has been entered? Want to build a case to nail this person bad!
The person is very ill and wanted to leave monies to their heirs. Problem is, they don’t recall which banks they dealt with and are not sure where their passbooks are.
Do you walk into a bank with the proper papers (like a lawyer or executor of the will) and day “Did the Late John Doe have a bank account here?”
