They claim they have a low interest credit card you can apply for but I don't trust that; because have you ever heard of a low interest credit card? If paypal wanted to do it right then they would let you use a prepaid visa card number but they don't. Fishy ain't it?I am not the one to be telling paypal how to run their business but it seems to me they would make more money by letting me do it the way I want.
